Digital added value in Buchloer magazine “BUCHstäblich

More and more companies are relying on the innovative technology of PAPER.plus to inspire their customers and achieve added value. This is also the case with Christian Sauter (MESAPRINT), publisher of the Buchloer magazine “BUCHstäblich“.

The monthly information magazine for the region in and around Buchloe (Ostallgäu) regularly reports on current topics from the town, presents new products and services from local companies, and provides expert tips on many interesting topics.

With the help of PAPER.plus, the print magazine is now regularly enhanced with additional digital content. All the reader has to do is download the free PAPER.plus app from the AppStore (IOS) or GoogleStore (Android) and select “MESAPRINT” as the provider.

If a page of the magazine that is marked with the “SCAN ME!” hint is now scanned with the app, the reader can expect interesting additional information in the form of video inserts, 360° views, 3D models and much more.

The use of PAPER.plus as an extended advertising format for the magazine’s advertisers is particularly exciting. For example, the advertisement of the advertising agency Wagner&Partner, which specializes in 3D visualizations in addition to its wide range of classic agency services, was enriched with a 3D model, among other things. This gives potential customers a first impression of the agency’s work. Another very successful example is the advertisement of a clothing store. If one scans the motif, the reader is shown not only the contact details of the store but also a video with the latest fashion trends that can be purchased there. The 360° degree button even takes the user directly into the store’s salesroom, where they can take a look around at their leisure.

The sales arguments for ad sales are thus clear: more content at low additional cost. The combination of digital and real presentation of a product or service increases the interest in buying and thus ultimately ensures higher sales.

The bridge between print and digital has thus been ideally built in “BUCHstäblich” magazine, and all interested parties can look forward to exciting additional information in every issue.
